Rod Arreguin

Mr. Arreguin brings 12 years of experience in commercial real estate and global corporate services to his clients at Prime Locations. His unique background blends an understanding of commercial real estate transactions with the need to support clients with high value services.

Over the course of his career, Mr. Arreguin has represented clients on a local, national and international basis. A partial list of his clients includes Google, Apple, Washington Mutual, Pulte Homes, National Semiconductor, Motorola, Broadcom, Napster, the University of Phoenix, the National Bank of Arizona and Zions Bancorporation.

Most recently, Mr. Arreguin served as Vice President of Global Corporate Services at CB Richard Ellis (CBRE) where he participated in some of the largest and most complex transactions in the company’s history. As a strategic account manager, he worked with several of the company’s most important clients forming long-standing relationships. In another role at CBRE, he helped build a service unit representing the global needs of high growth technology companies which grew into a $10 million global practice. For his efforts at CBRE, Mr. Arreguin was awarded the Presidents Teamwork Trophy and the Coldwell Circle Award, given to the top 3% of brokers. 

Prior to that, Mr. Arreguin was Director of Business and Partner Development at The Saywitz Company/CORE Network, a national coalition of real estate brokers. He introduced CORE’s services to Fortune 1000 companies, managed national conferences and grew the partner base by 60% over two years.

Mr. Arreguin serves on several boards including Paradigm Ventures, Rancho Palos Verdes Estates, CA and Casa Alegria Orphanage, Chiapas Mexico. He is also a member of Juventud Para El Futuro, a non-profit business organization developed by former President Fox of Mexico.

Mr. Arreguin received his BS in biology from the University of California, Los Angeles. He is fluent in Spanish.
