L. Alison Gearhart

Alison Gearhart has more than 25 years of general and financial management experience in a broad range of industries including: retail, real estate, food manufacturing and distribution, manufacturing, utilities, public accounting, telecommunications and financial services. She has comprehensive experience in accounting.

Ms. Gearhart recently assisted with the analysis of 106 owned and leased properties for a cafeteria chain in Chapter 11. The owned excess properties were successfully sold and many of the leases were renegotiated and restructured, which enabled the company to emerge from bankruptcy. On another assignment, Ms. Gearhart recently assisted in the successful turnaround of an American food manufacturer.

Ms. Gearhart has worked extensively in South and Central America for industry and for the government. Her foreign consulting experience includes work for a group of steel mills in Venezuela, a telecommunications firm in Chile and a meat import/export company conducting business throughout Central and South America. Ms. Gearhart's experience includes the management and operation of one of the largest US Consular Agencies in the world, which required strict Inspector General's Office oversight and interaction with numerous domestic and foreign government agencies and officials.

Ms. Gearhart received her Bachelor of Science degree cum laude in Business Administration with an emphasis in accounting from California State University. Ms. Gearhart is a member of the Turnaround Management Association. She is fluent in Spanish.
